For those of you who don't know I am to be married November 2008! One catch ... it's in the Dominican Republic on the beach, and my wife to be and myself are not in the best of shape. So what did we do? We went out got passes to the local recreation center (with full gym) and a personal trainer.
It's been 1 week into it and I have had to stop drinking coffee, pop, and cut down on beer. Along with that no processed food and 5-6 meals a day instead of 3, or 1 which I was doing previously. You wouldn't believe the change that diet and regular exersize has made in only one week. I feel great and I am way less stressed out. (was that a proper sentence? oh well.)
Why am I telling you guys? Try it for one week, if you don't like it go back to the way you like living but I will bet that you feel great!




Congratulations!!! I'm going to the gym 5 days a week and have cut back on fat and calories. I need to lose this baby fat...my baby is almost three now! I'm at that age where I just flat out need to go to the gym to get (and stay) fit. I've lost 11 pounds so far...only 50 more to go :). The best sign so far is that my insomnia is gone. SO happy about that. Keep up the good work. I'll try eating more often, it certainly won't hurt.
